Whiskey is wonderful both neat and with ice.
Color
Rich amber color.
Scent
The aroma is superbly floral, with notes of fruit salad (a bit of melon) and ripe apricots, various types of honey and just a little eucalyptus. There's a bit of smoke, but those fruit notes get even bolder, with even more apricot (also in jam form) and then natural vanilla.
Taste
Notes of tobacco, banana peel, orange marmalade, tangerines, apricot again, then a more resinous development, but again without being overly woody, even if there is quite a bit of ginger and cinnamon. The finish is not very long, but the combination of apricot notes with a little pine resin and mint gives a wonderful result.
