Aromas of fresh crushed blackcurrant, ripe blackberry and wild blueberry with hints of garrigue, redcurrant jelly, mossy tree bark and truffles, as well as notes of bouquet garni and Sichuan pepper.

Taste

The palate is full-bodied and fantastically concentrated with tightly woven layers of black and red berry notes, framed by very firm but beautifully ripe tannins and amazing tension, finishing with epic length and plenty of mineral sparkle.
