On the palate, notes of candied fruit accompany hints of pastry, brioche and cocoa, wide and filling the mouth. Delightfully structured, a large proportion of Pinot Noir gives the roundness and seriousness that one would expect from this cuvée. Despite the relative youth of the wine, it begins to show some smoky heaviness and good grip with a wide, rich and long acidity. Full-bodied and generous, the wine reaches a climax with a stunning length.
