The fame of our Camembert is linked to its traditional and authentic recipe, which has not changed for over 100 years! It is made from pasteurized milk collected in Mayenne within a 40 km radius of the cheese factory. During refining, a thin white blooming rind forms on our Camembert. This rind, which scientists call Penicillium candidum, allows both to preserve and develop the richness of the aromas of our cheese. The manual techniques used by our cheesemakers allow us to control each product during its maturation. Quality assurance since 1912!
