The first aromas are dark: licorice and dried nuts. The progressive light has a very subtle fruity red hue, a blend of grenadine, wild strawberry and wild raspberry. Citrus fruits such as blood orange enliven the senses, they perfectly balance the memories of wet earth, clay and dried flowers. Then comes the aromas of Mure Cream, a complex and savory blend, bitter orange peel, orange blossom, black tea and exotic peppers define a respected and very high quality Pinot Noir under a thin woody film.
Taste
The taste is transparent, strict and subtly fruity, with a semi-thick texture, the taste reveals a clear sour skin and pulp of orange, tangerine and strawberry.
