Gradually, as the cava opens up, a faint background of walnuts and curry appears, as well as a slight hint of distinction provided by the toasted aroma typical of great sparkling wines.
Taste
On the palate, its pleasant and persistent effervescence caresses the palate, filling it with pleasant sensations. Extremely creamy and structured, it is surprisingly fresh considering its age. Its persistence is remarkable and leaves us with memories of dried apricots, walnuts and fine pastries.
