The taste is sweet and peppery, with aromas of caramel and chocolate. Spicy notes (clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg) round out the taste, accompanied by raisins, bitter orange and salted nuts. The finish is long, spicy, with notes of hazelnut, leather and a hint of anise.
